Chartreuse Yellow 750ml citrus blossomThe gentler of the two great Chartreuses, Yellow was introduced by the Carthusian monks in 1840 and follows the order's secret formula of 130 plants, flowers, bark, roots, and spices, known in full to only two brothers at the Grande Chartreuse monastery. The monks blend the botanicals at the monastery, distillation happens at Aiguenoire in Entre deux Guiers, and the liqueur takes its deep golden color naturally from the plants before resting at length
