Who we are

AllRead is a Spanish startup developing Artificial Vision software for the digitisation of the Cargo Industry. Its aim is to streamline logistic processes in Ports, Terminal Operators and Intermodal Platforms using Machine Learning
techniques for the detection and digitisation of assets (Containers, Wagons, Trucks…) in images and video streams. AllRead improves operational efficiency and security, providing the highest accuracy even in the most challenging
environments (night, blurriness, large and narrow distances, in high-speed motion…).

The Mission

In a scaling company, you will have a key role in opening a new market and making the company grow.

Reporting to the Global Sales Director you will be responsible for analyzing the market, defining and executing the sales plan.

Key Responsabilities

  • Position AllRead MLT in a new market and generate new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Global Sales Director and Sales Manager to define sales strategies.

  • Responsible of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present solutions.

  • Develop strategic sales approach, account intelligence, relationship maps.

  • Build targeted prospecting lists and exploit a variety of channels (email, social media, phone, etc.) to reach out to them.

  • Ensures the appropriate account governance and manages the client relationship in accordance with the mutually agreed standards.

  • Responsible for the overall operating strategy of the client ensuring that financial and operational performance goals are met and optimized on a company basis.

  • Good understanding of KPIs and client expectations.

  • Responsible for developing and maximizing the potential for business growth.

Required Skills and Profile

  • We are looking for a talented professional with, more than 3 years of experience as an Account Manager.

  • Proven track record of previous sales achievements.

  • Experience in software and desirable experience in hardware.

  • Strong knowledge of core sales tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn etc).

  • Strong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation).

  • Capability of understanding customer pain points and correlate business opportunities.

  • Highly motivated, organized and result oriented.

  • Fluent Spanish and English.

  • Passionate about tech and innovation.

  • Hands-on mentality.

  • Self-motivated.
