AllRead is a deep tech start-up providing intelligent Computer Vision software to track cargo in Sea Ports and Terminal Operators. The company is active in 10+ countries in Europe and LATAM and develops its own proprietary technology with a team of 25 employees.  

 

Mission

In a scaling tech company, you will be in charge of growing our customer portfolio and their average basket. Hand in hand with the COO, you will consolidate AllRead´s position as an established player in the industry.  

Responsabilities

  • In an industry with long sales cycles (6-12 months), establish and nurture long term key customer relationships. 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from relationship building and nurturing to closing. Define and execute the prospecting and nurturing activities, exploiting a variety of channels (events, email, social media, phone, etc.). 
  • Develop a strategic sales approach, account intelligence, and relationship maps.  
  • Work hand in hand with marketing to design account based and inbound campaigns, sales material, and external communication to maximize lead generation and conversion. 
  • Develop and manage a network of partners, like integrators, hardware providers, consulting, and engineering companies to promote indirect sales.  
  • Contribute to product feedback loops, participate to product design thinking with the Product Owner.  

Required Skills and Profile

  • 8+ years of software related BtoB sales experience. Proven track record of previous sales achievements. 
  • Knowledge and network in the logistics and transport industries  
  • Capability of understanding customer pain points and correlating business opportunities.  
  • Growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and improve constantly.

  • Masters/MBA or BS Degree. 
  • Fluent in at least three European languages (including English
